Disappointed...

I loved this game in the past. The issues I have with this game, however, are as follows…
1) Cannot change the key definitions.
2) What happened to the "Gym" where you do the training? Needs a tutorial!
3) no way to exit to the main menu without quitting and restarting.

Three points to change and fix will get 3 more stars added to the review!
